We have tried to answer as many of our frequently asked questions here, but in case we have missed something, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Oxfordshire and Sommerset, England.
  • Do you travel across the UK and abroad?
    All travel throughout the UK is included in the package deals. If travel outside of the UK is required then we will discuss this with you at your consultation. We love to travel, so no destination is off the table.
  • What is your deposit policy?
    We ask for a £250 (non-returnable) deposit to secure our services for your day. Your remaining balance is then due 30 days ahead of the wedding.
  • Can we meet up?
    Absolutely! We love meeting new people! Upon booking, we meet up over a coffee (it’s on us) to discuss the details of the day so far. We then get together 6-8 weeks ahead of the wedding to finalise the details and issue you with the final balance invoice. We’re always on hand if you need any ideas or recommendations also.
  • Where do the consultations take place?
    We like to arrange a consultation in an environment in which you will feel at ease. We will arrange to meet at a location near you but we are welcome to suggestions and are happy to meet at a place of your choosing.
  • How do we get in contact?
    Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. Whether you want to speak to us over the phone, through email or you want to chat with us on social media, we are always happy to answer any of your questions.
  • How do we book?
    Bookings can be made via email or telephone, or we can finalise your booking at your consultation.
  • How many final images can we expect in our package deal?
    The quantity of images will vary, however you can expect to receive up to 500 images on a USB along with any printed and framed images you have requested.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    We aim to process all of your images and video within 12 weeks after your wedding day. We want to make sure that your images and video footage are of the highest quality so we don’t take any short cuts. (These timescales can sometimes vary depending on time of year, but we will keep you in the loop if and when necessary).
  • Do you share your images online and on social media?
    We do use the images we have taken for marketing purposes, however if this is not something you wish for us to do then we can discuss alternatives at our consultation.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Full payment must be made 4 weeks before the wedding; we must be informed of any cancellation prior to this period and we must receive this in writing. If you are simply rescheduling your wedding then your remaining balance will be transferred to your new date. Don’t worry, we are always available for you to get in contact should there be any concerns regarding a cancellation.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes! It’s very important to us that you have complete peace of mind knowing that we have public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
  • What time do you finish?
    We finish when we feel we have captured your day perfectly... this is usually up to half hour after your first dance. This lets us capture your guests getting their groove on!
